We understand that life happens. Plans change, schedules get weird, and sometimes the universe throws a curveball. Our goal is to keep cancellations and rescheduling as simple and fair as possible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into every booking.

This policy applies to psychic readings, wedding officiant services, wedding consultations, event-planning consultations, event-planning services, and other appointments or bookings made with Chaos Gremlin Wonders, LLC.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on the specific service and any non-refundable deposit or booking fee associated with the appointment.

For psychic readings and consultations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be refunded or rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may forfeit the booking fee or deposit.
• No-shows are generally considered a late cancellation and may forfeit the booking fee or payment.
• One reschedule may be permitted when sufficient notice is provided, subject to availability.
• Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may require payment in full before another appointment can be booked.

Wedding and event bookings require significantly more preparation and may involve reserving a specific date and declining other bookings.

For weddings and events:

• A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit, retainer, or payment has been received.
• Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable because they reserve your date and compensate for time spent preparing for your event.
• Cancellation and refund terms for larger events may be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional fees when vendors, venues, travel, or other expenses are affected.
• Cancellations made close to the event date may result in additional charges for work already completed or expenses already incurred.

Any specific cancellation terms included in your signed wedding or event agreement will take precedence over the general policy for that booking.

For appointments, please arrive or be available at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, your appointment may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. This may result in a shortened session and will not necessarily qualify for a refund.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, the booking may be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in the loss of any booking fee, deposit, or payment and may require payment in advance for future appointments.

In rare circumstances, Chaos Gremlin Wonders, LLC may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to illness, emergency, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we need to cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible and, when appropriate, offer a rescheduled appointment or applicable refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behavior, or conduct that creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.

When possible, we will communicate with you regarding the situation and any applicable refund or cancellation terms.

By scheduling an appointment or booking an event with Chaos Gremlin Wonders, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, along with any service-specific terms provided at the time of booking.
